How this app was created

Generative AI has helped draft, organise and develop parts of this app. Ian reviews and edits the material, checks supporting sources and makes the final content decisions.

Ian

Ian is a qualified registered mental health nurse with over 30 years of experience across different services and settings, including the NHS, private care and work in Australia.

He was diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 57. That diagnosis brought a new way of understanding a lifetime of experiences—professionally and personally.

This website brings together practical occupational thinking, psychoeducation, lived experience and evidence-linked information. It is intended to help people understand what ADHD can mean in everyday life.
