Find the urgent part

Start at number 1. You do not need to do everything at once.

Find the newest letter, email or message.

Open it. Do not start with the whole pile.

Circle three things.

Who sent it? What do they need? What is the deadline?

Make one contact now.

Call the number on the letter or send: “I need help understanding this and agreeing the next step.”

Write down the agreement.

Record the person’s name, the action, the date and what you must do next.
