Easy Read
Change the task, not how hard you try
More than one part may be difficult
Dyslexia affects reading and writing. It does not mean you lack intelligence.
ADHD can add losing your place, forgetting instructions or starting before you have everything ready.
If a letter or form is hard to use
Use read-aloud on your device, or ask someone you trust to read it with you. Stop after one section and identify what it asks you to do.
Keep the form open at that section while you answer it. You do not need to hold the whole form in your head.
If writing the answer is the obstacle
Try saying your answer into your phone's voice-typing tool. Check it before sending, or ask someone you trust to check it with you.
If you stop partway through, mark the question you need to return to.
